18.10.2013 - Batam. I have a whole fat Mango taste so sour and i kept it in my fridge for almost 2 weeks!! duh!!!.....instead of throwing away, i decided to turn that monster into a charming prince...lol..
Here is the recipe, simply easy...
380g whole mango, discard mango seed puree with 1/2cup granulated sugar, put aside
1 & 1/2 cups whipping cream whisk till stiff with 1/3cup confectioner's sugar
Fold in mango puree into whipping cream gently till combine, do not over mixed.
Transfer into a air tight container, freeze for 6 hours and above to served.
