Fresh Milk Chicken with Curry Leaves

I was thinking what should i name this dish before i cooked, after i tasted it, mmmm...i just know exactly what to name it.... its "Fresh Milk Chicken with Curry Leaves" not bad eh......I never thought it going to turn out this is the recipe

dash of chicken stock
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp corn flour / wheat flour

Fresh Milk
salt, Chicken Granules & sugar to taste

* clean and chop chicken marinate 30 minutes.
* heat wok, deep-fried marinate chicken into hot oil til golden brown, dish and drain.
* heat wok, saute garlic & onion till fragrance, add in dry chilie mix well.
* add in fresh milk and stir well, add in curry leaves and mixed well. add seasoning to taste and pour in fried chicken into wok and mix well all coat with sauce and dish up served hot.
