Stir-fried Beef Strips with Black Pepper Sauce

250g ready cut beef strips 
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced ( im out of red ones )

For beef strips marinade:
1tbsp light soy sauce
3 finely chopped garlic
3 finely chopped slices ginger 
1tsp coarse black pepper
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp roasted sesame oil
1tbsp cornflour

3tbsp thick Black Pepper Sauce, more or less
1tsp light soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
3tbsp chicken stock or water
1tsp cornflour mix with water
1tsp roasted sesame oil


In a bowl, combined the beef and the marinade ingredients and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat wok add oil in a wok over medium high heat until almost smoking. Add in marinated beef strips and let it cook evenly, stir for 1 minute. Add in bell pepper and stir-fry for few minutes and add in the black pepper sauce and seasoning until fragrant.  In the water and the cornflour mixture. 

When the sauce is thicken, add dash of sesame oil and serve hot with some steamed rice.
