08.11.2013 - Batam. Another quick noodle breakfast for my hubby! stir-fried yellow mee mamak style.
1 serving plate of Yellow Noodle
1 Garlic, finely diced
some pak choi / sawi / beansprout or any vegy you desire
Any meat chicken / seafood or fish cake/ball.
1/2 cup water
Dark soya sauce
Sweet soya sauce
* Heat wok, sautee garlic till aromatic add fish cake mix well and add taufu pok stir and mixed well add little salt and crack an egg transfer yellow noodle to wok, do not stir, add in all seasoning kicap tomato and chili, dark soya sauce, sweet soya sauce on top of the yellow noodle and stir to mix well evenly then add a 1/2 cup water to steam a little while without lid.
* When everything mixed well, add in cooked vegetables and fresh beansprout. mix well. Taste, if is not salty enough, add some salt mix well and dish up.
* Served hot. :) you can top with a fried egg
